    Flow Cytometry - PerCP Anti-14-3-3 beta antibody [03] (ab275734)

Flow cytometric analysis of MOLT-4 (human lymphoblastic leukemia cell line) cells labeling 14-3-3 beta with ab275734 at 10 μl/Test (Black) compared with isotype control (Grey). The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
