Flow Cytometry - PE Anti-CD200R antibody [OX102] (ab34135) This image is courtesy of an Anonymous Abreview.Overlay histogram showing Rat blood cells stained with ab34135 (red line). The sample was prepared by lysing Red Blood cells and cells were fixed with formaldehyde. The cells were then incubated with the antibody for 1 hour diluted 1/100 in PBS/1% BSA/0.01% Azide. The cell population was gated on monocytes.
