Simple means to construct translational fusions to mgfp5-gusA reporter genesPlant selection genes in the pCambia vectors are driven by a double-enhancer version of the CaMV35S promoter and terminated by the CaMV35S polyA signal. Reporter genes feature a hexa-Histidine tag at the C-terminus to enable simple purification on immobilized metal affinity chromatography resins.
This vector contains the mgfp5 version of the Aequoria victoria green fluorescent protein in translational fusion with gusA.
