    Selective USP7 (IC50 = 8 μM) inhibitor. Active against closely related USP47. Selective versus SENP2c0re (IC50 >50 μM) and DENI (IC50 >50 μM). Destabilizes Claspin. Inhibits neuroblastoma growth by inducing p53-mediated apoptosis. Inhibits Tip60 deubiquitination.
