Bioactive coumarin. Anti-inflammatory and antitumor activity. Phosphoinositide inhibitor and calcium channel blocker (IC50 = 4 μM). Suppresses NFκB activity to induce cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cells. Anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective and antitumor agent. Active in vivo and in vitro. -
