  • Handling

    Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C.     Basal PLD activity is strongly stimulated by the D1/5R agonist and blocked by the D1/5R, mGluR5, mGluR1, and the PLD-linked mGluR antagonists in the amygdala of cocaine CPP animals.
