Integrin CD11b/CD19 agonist. Increases CD11b/CD18-dependent cell adhesion in vitro resulting in decreased chemotaxis and transendothelial migration. Decreases leukocyte recruitment and reduces arterial narrowing after injury. Preserves kidney function in vivo. -
