Solution of buffer used for diluting kinase protein.

Notes
Formulation: Frozen solution of buffer containing: 5 mM MOPS, pH7.2, 2.5 mM ß-glycerol-phosphate, 5 mM MgCl2, 1 mM EGTA, 0.4 mM EDTA, 50 ng/µl BSA. Add to final concentration of 0.05 mM DTT prior to use. DTT solution supplied in separate vial.
Sterility: Buffer passed through a 0.2µ filter membrane and packaged aseptically.
Storage and Stability: Store product at -20°C (stable for 1 yr at -20°C from date of shipment). For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favourable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
