Biological description
Potent, selective and irreversible inhibitor of MAGL (IC50 values are 8 nM and 4 µM for MAGL and FAAH respectively). Cell-permeable. Potentiates DSE in cerebellar Purkinje neurons and DSI in hippocampal CA1 pyramidal neurons. Inhibits nociceptive processing and central sensitization in vivo. -
