Biological description
Potent Hedgehog (Hh) signaling inhibitor. Inhibits alcohol dehydrogenase 7 (Adh7) (IC50 = 210 nM) and prevents Gli-dependent transcriptional activity (IC50 = 30 nM). Potently inhibits microtubule assembly. Additionally displays antitumor activity.
