Biological description
Selective endogenous MAOB inhibitor and potent ANP receptor antagonist (IC50 = 3-8 and 0.4 μM respectively). Inhibits alkaline phosphatase and (NO-stimulated soluble guanylate cyclase. Anxiolytic, sedative, anticonvulsant and antidiuretic effects in vivo. Blood-brain barrier permeable. -
