Biological description
Selective ASIC3 channel activator at pH 7.4. Alters the pH dependence of ASIC1a and ASIC1b; does not affect the activation curve of ASIC2a. Competitive GABAA receptor antagonist (IC50 = 390 nM). Shows nociceptive effects in vivo. -

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
