Cell-permeable caspase activator (EC50 = 0.78 - 1.64 µM). Apoptotic agent. Decreases Bcl-2 and increases Bax expression. Potentiates cisplatin (ab141398)-induced apoptosis. Inhibits angiogenesis. Shows antitumor effects in vivo. Orally active. -

Handling
