Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-Oct4 antibody [03] (ab275628)
Flow cytometric analysis of human embryonic stem (ES) cells labeling Oct4 with ab275628 (Black) compared with an isotype control (Grey). Human embryonic stem (ES) cells were fixed and permeabilized with BD Cytofix/Cytoperm Fixation/Permeabilization buffer. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
