Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-ITCH/AIP4 antibody [01] (ab275701)
Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling ITCH/AIP4 with ab275701 at 10 μl/Test (Black) compared with isotype control (Grey). The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
