Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-FDPS/FPS antibody [005] (ab275693)
Flow cytometric analysis of FDPS/FPS expression on HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual, and then stained with ab275693 at 10 μl/Test. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
