Flow Cytometry - FITC Anti-Clusterin antibody [01] (ab275678)
Flow cytometric analysis of A549 (human lung carcinoma cell line) cells labeling Clusterin with ab275678 (Black) compared with an isotype control (Grey). The cells were treated according to manufacturers manual. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
