Non-selective phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor. Exerts antiplatelet, anti-inflammatory, antioxidative and antifibrotic effects. Inhibits hydrolysis of cyclic AMP (cAMP) and cGMP (IC50 = 5 and 3 μM, respectively) in vitro.

Handling
