Biological description
Glucocorticoid receptor binding affinity, stimulates transcription of target gene. Highly potent IL-4 and IL-5 release inhibitor (IC50 values are 320 and 220 pM, respectively). Potent concanavalin A-induced proliferation inhibitor (IC50 = 1.3 nM). Anti-asthmatic and anti-inflammatory agent. Orally active. Active in vivo and in vitro.
