Biological description
Inhibits PTP (IC50 = 4-25 µM) and PTEN (IC50 = 14 nM). Insulin mimetic. Enhances PI3K/Akt signaling and possibly prevents myocardium from ischemia-reperfusion injury. Active in vitro.
