Biological description
Thiol-reactive bright, photostable green fluorescent dye for protein labelling. Borondipyrromethene dye derivative which has absorption and fluorescence spectra similar to fluorescein (FAM). Exhibits very high photostability, is non-charged, and has low molecular weight. Identical structure with BODIPY® FL maleimide.

Handling
