Biological description
Potent PI3K inhibitor with selectivity for PI3Kγ (IC50 = 70 nM), compared to PI3Kα, β and δ (IC50 values are 240 nM, 1.45 and 1.70 μM, respectively). Shows little or no activity against 38 other common kinases. Blocks neutrophil migration. Active in vivo. -
