Partial dopamine D2 agonist. Ki (nM) values are 265 (D1), 0.34 (D2), 0.8 (D3), 44 (D4), 1.7 (5-HT1A), 3.4 (5-HT2A), 15 (5-HT2C), 214 (5-HT6), 39 (5-HT7), 57 (α1), 791 (α2), 61 (H1) and >1000 (M1). Antipsychotic and antidepressant activity. Centrally active following oral administration.

Handling
