Immunoprecipitation of Human plasma labeling Zinc Alpha 2 Glycoprotein using ab180574at a 1/30 dilution (lane 1). Lane 2 shows the negative control. Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as a secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/1500.

Prediluted (ready to use) HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary antibody. Counter stain: Hematoxylin. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
