4% Formaldehyde-fixed SK-N-BE (human neuroblastoma cell line) cells stained for ULK3 (green) using ab240904 at 1/100 dilution for 60 minutes at RT in ICC/IF analysis. Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1/200 dilution for 60 min at RT was used as the secondary antibody. Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin stain at 1/1000 dilution for 60 minutes at RT was used to detect actin. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue) at 1/5000 dilution for 5 minutes at RT.
