Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded Human infiltrating duct breast carcinoma tissue sections labeling UAP56 using ab181061 at a 1/250 dilution. A ready to use HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG was used as the secondary. Hematoxylin counterstain.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-UAP56 antibody [EPR13144-62] (ab181061)

Immunofluorescent analysis of acetone fixed HeLa cells labeling UAP56 using ab181061 at a 1/250 dilution. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®555) was used as the secondary at a 1/200 dilution.
