Immunoprecipitation - Anti-TXNDC13/TMX4 antibody - N-terminal (ab228439)
TXNDC13/TMX4 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) with ab228439 at 8 µl per reaction. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab228439 at a 1/1000 dilution.
Lane 1: ab228439 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG instead of ab228439 in HeLa whole cell lysate.
