Flow Cytometry - Anti-TREM2 antibody [5F4] - BSA and Azide free (ab255881)
Flow cytometry analysis of Neuro-2a (Mouse neuroblastoma neuroblast, Left panel) / RAW 264.7 (Mouse Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced tumor macrophage, Right panel) labeling TREM2 using ab252876 at 1.109µg/ml (red) compared to Rat monoclonal IgG Isotype control (black) and unlabeled control cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (blue). Secondary was Goat F(ab)2 Anti-Rat IgG Fc (Alexa Fluor® 647, ab150163) used at a 1/2000 diluiton. Gated on viable cells.
