Western blot detection of Transferrin Receptor using ab218544 in Jurkat, HeLa, MCF-7 and K562 cell lines.
-
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human bone marrow labelling Transferrin Receptor with ab218544 at 2 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
