Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells.
Antibodies: ab70823 used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. For blotting immunoprecipitated TORC1, a different rabbit anti-TORC1 was used at 1 µg/mL.
