Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat cerebellum tissue labeling SOX1 with ab242125 at 1/2000 dilution (0.293 µg/ml) followed by a ready to use Rabbit specific IHC polymer detection kit HRP/DAB (ab209101). Nuclear staining on the stem cells in rat cerebellum is observed. The section was incubated with ab242125 for 15 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining staining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counterstained with hematoxylin.
