Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-SerpinB2/PAI-2 antibody [EPR22924-56] (ab267463)

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labeling SerpinB2/PAI-2 with ab267463 at 1/4000 dilution (0.121 µg/ml) followed by a ready to use Rabbit specific IHC polymer detection kit HRP/DAB (ab209101). Positive staining on human tonsil. The section was incubated with ab267463 for 15 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining staining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND^®RX instrument. Counterstained with hematoxylin.

Secondary antibody only control: Secondary antibody is a ready to use Rabbit specific IHC polymer detection kit HRP/DAB (ab209101).
