Senataxin was immunoprecipitated from 1.0 mg HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate with ab243904 at 6 µl per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab243904 at 1/1000 dilution.
