This data was developed using ab185956, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Immunoprecipitation of Human fetal brain lysates using ab185956 (lane 1). Detection of SCG10 utilised ab185956 at 1/50 dilution and Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG at 1/1500 dilution. The control utilised PBS instead of Human fetal brain lysates (lane 2). Based on the sequence analysis, ab185956 recognizes two isoforms with the predicted MWs of 21KDa and 22KDa, respectively.
