RUFY1 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded, prepared using NETN lysis buffer) using ab241080 at 6 µg/mL per reaction. Western blot was perforemd on the immunoprecipitate using ab241080 at 0.4 µg/mL.
Lane 1: ab241080 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG.Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
