Flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde fixed, 0.1% Tween-20 permeabilized HEK-293T (Human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) transfected with myc-tagged PVRIG/CD112R construct cells labelling PVRIG/CD112R with ab256808 at 1/500 dilution (0.1ug) (Right) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) isotype control (Left). A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150077) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
Cells were surface stained with rabbit IgG and ab256808, then fixed with 2% PFA followed by intracellularly staining with anti-myc tag conjugated to AlexaFluor®647.
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab256808).

Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150077) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
Cells were stained with rabbit IgG or ab256808. Then stained with anti-CD19 conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647.
Gated on viable cells.
