    Ab187186 staining Protocadherin gamma (pan) in SK-N-BE cells by Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).  Cells were fixed with 4% formaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated wth pirmary antibody at 1/100 dilution for 60 minutes at room temperature. Phalliodin Texas Red F-Actin (1/1000) was used as a counterstain at 1/1000 dilution. DAPI nuclear counterstain was used at 1/5000 dilution.
