Flow Cytometry - Anti-NKG2D antibody [EPR21224] (ab233698)
Human PBMCs were incubated with anti-NKG2D (CD314) antibody ab233698 at 10µg/ml for 30 mins at 4°C. The secondary antibody Goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488, pre-adsorbed) (ab150081) was used at 1/2000 dilution for 30 mins at 4°C. The cells were simultaneously stained with CD56 PE-conjugated (ab218637).
Acquisition of >30,000 total events were collected. Gating strategy - live peripheral blood lymphocytes.
