Immunoprecipitation - Anti-MYO18A antibody (ab81689)Detection of human MYO18A by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates.
Samples: RIPA whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells.
ab81689 used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate (lane 1).
MYO18A was also immunoprecipitated using anti MYO18A (ab81690), which recognizes a downstream epitope (lane 2).
Lane 3 represents the control IgG.
For blotting immunoprecipitates, ab81689 was used at 1 µg/ml.
