MON1B was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded, prepared using NETN lysis buffer) using ab241193 at 20 µl per reaction. Western blot was performed form the immunoprecipitate using ab241193 at 1/250 dilution.
Lane 1: ab241193 IP in HEK-293T whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG in HEK-293T whole cell lysate.Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
