    Analysis of Poliovirus Receptor/PVR expression on RAW 264.7 (Mouse macrophage cell line transformed with Abelson murine leukemia virus) cells. The cells were treated with a mouse BD Fc Block purified anti-CD16/CD32 mAb 2.4G2 and stained with ab275718 at 10 µl/Test. The histogram were derived from the gated events based on light scattering characteristics of viable cells.
