Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed mouse splenocytes labelling MHC-I with ab281901 at 10 µg/ml, followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody at 2 µg/ml (green/ top-left). Image showing membrane staining in a subset of cells. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). The isotype control was anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody. Mouse splenocytes were immobilized on cover-slips.
