Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of NIH/3T3 (Mouse embryo fibroblast cell line) cells labeling MDC1 (Green) using ab241048 at 1:100 for 60 minutes at RT. Cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde for 15 minutes at RT.
Secondary antibody: Goat anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:100 for 60 minutes at RT.
Counterstain: DAPI (blue) nuclear stain at 1:5000, 5 minutes RT.
