Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse cerebrum tissue labeling Kv4.3/KCND3 with ab252538 at 1/200 dilution, followed by secondary LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection). Positive staining on the mouse cerebrum. The section was incubated with ab252538 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, followed by LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection).
Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Citrate buffer (pH 6.0, epitope retrieval solution 1) for 20 mins.
