Immunofluorescent analysis of RAW 264.7cells (4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed; 0.1% tritonX-100 permeabilized) labeling IL28 + IL29 with ab191426 at 1/100 dilution followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (AlexaFluor® 488) secondary at 1/200 dilution (ab150077) and counter-stained with DAPI (blue).
Negative controls: anti-IL-28A at 1/100 dilution, followed by Goat anti mouse IgG Alexa Fluor®594 secondary at 1/400 dilution.

Flow Cytometry analysis of Raw264.7 (Mouse Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced tumor macrophage) cells labeling IL28 + IL29 with purified ab191426 at 1/200 dilution (10ug/mL) (red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised using 90% methanol. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®488) (ab150077) secondary antibody was used at 1/2000 dilution. Isotype control - Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) (Black). Unlabeled control - Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Blue).
