Flow Cytometry - Anti-IL-13 receptor alpha 2 antibody (ab277143)
Flow cytometric analysis of IL-13 receptor alpha 2 expression on A375 (human malignant melanoma cell line) cells. Cells were stained with ab277143 at 1/25 dilution, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody (Black). Cells were also staibed with an isotype control (Grey). The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
