Immunoprecipitation - Anti-IGFBP5 antibody [EPR18013-137] (ab254324)

IGFBP5 was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg C2C12 (Mouse myoblasts myoblast) whole cell lysate using ab254324 at 1/30 dilution. Western blot was perfromed from the immunoprecipitate using ab254324 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366) was used at 1/5000 dilution.

Lane 1: C2C12 whole cell lysate 10 µg (input)
Lane 2: ab254324 IP in C2C12 whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab254324 in C2C12 whole cell lysate.
