ELISA - Anti-Human IgA1 antibody [RM124] (ab193187)ELISA of Human immunoglobulins (the plate was coated with 50 ng/well of different immunoglobulins) using ab193187 at 200 ng/mL, 50 ng/mL, or 10 ng/mL as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. The graph shows ab193187 only reacted to Human IgA. There is very slightly cross reactivity with IgA2. No cross reactivity occurs with Human IgG, IgM, IgD, or IgE.
