Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-HIP1R antibody (ab234991)Paraffin-embedded human kideny tissue stained for HIP1R using ab234991 at 1/800 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30 minutes at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The staining was perfromed on a Leica BondTM system. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized tissue using an HRP conjugated SP system.
