Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human Kaposi's sarcoma tissue stained for HHV8 using ab267352 at 2 μg/ml in immunohistochemical analysis.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
This image was produced using the same clone but in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, sodium azide and BSA (ab267352).
